Terms of Use
What Zhamly is
Zhamly is a Telegram bot and the supporting web service that lets independent service providers (hairdressers, fitness trainers, therapists, tutors and similar) accept appointment bookings, send reminders, and generate periodic invoices.
You — whether a provider or a client — agree to these terms by using the bot or this website.
Who can use it
- You must be 18 or older to register as a provider.
- You must have legal authority to operate a service business in the jurisdiction where you book clients.
- Clients book at their own discretion; we don't verify the identity of either side beyond the Telegram account.
Your relationship is with your provider, not with us
The actual service appointment is between you and your provider. Zhamly is the channel — we record the booking, send reminders, and help with administration. We are not a party to the underlying service contract. We do not guarantee outcomes, quality, or availability of the service itself.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the bot for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
- Impersonate another person
- Spam other users or solicit them outside the booking context
- Resell or systematically scrape the platform
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
Provider responsibilities
If you operate as a provider on Zhamly, you:
- Are responsible for the accuracy of your hours, services, and prices
- Honour bookings you've confirmed, or cancel with reasonable notice
- Handle client data you receive in line with applicable privacy laws (the Armenian Personal Data Protection Law, where applicable)
- Are responsible for your own taxes and any required business registration
- Are the data controller for your clients' information; we are a data processor
Client responsibilities
If you book a service via Zhamly, you:
- Provide accurate contact information
- Show up on time, or cancel via the bot if you can't
- Respect the cancellation cutoff your provider has set
- Treat the provider professionally
Payments
Beta is free. We do not process payments between providers and clients; payments happen offline (cash, bank transfer, or other provider-chosen channel). If we add payment processing later, separate terms will apply.
Liability
Zhamly is provided "as is" during beta. We will use reasonable care to keep the service running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from bugs, or absence of data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you've paid us in the prior 12 months — which during beta is zero.
We are not liable for any loss arising from the underlying service appointment, no-shows, cancellations, or disputes between providers and clients.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time via /privacy in the bot. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when feasible.
Changes
These terms may change as the service evolves. The version + effective date at the top identifies the current edition. We'll notify you via the bot before material changes take effect.
